It was working fine before he came, then stopped cooling 20 min after he left and I had spent $300+ on new capacitor. He came back, insisted nothing was wrong, advised me to wait and call back later. It was still not cooling 3 hrs later and too late to get them to come back that night. And she was unpleasant and unsympathetic, blamed me for not agreeing to spend more to fix a unit that was not broken before it was inspected by MyPlumber. So I called someone else. He spent two hours checking, found problem was faulty thermometers, at $15 each. He returned in morning and is now installing. He says all other equipment is working fine in unit, including compactor and contactor, will last me another few years. Which will give me time to prepare to replace aging parts, and not be under heat and sales pressure deadline. But not through My Plumber. I am a Priority Club member but this was not a good experience so I will be using you only for plumbing from now on.
