For your technician to just be here a little less than two hours here to fix a leaking pipe and cost $460 is completely unreasonable. Yes, I accepted the charges at the time because I had water leaking in my house. He did a fine job and my complaint is not about him at all. It is about the price structure that my plumber uses is absolutely outrageous! In my opinion, it should be half the amount charged. Thank you for your consideration.

I inspected top floor heatpump system, found unit non-operational due to faulty capacitor, I replaced the capacitor, system is in good working order.
