Responded immediately to first service call. Realized that part needed to be ordered. Customer service called on Wed. 6/13 & said part was in & I was scheduled for an appt. on early Thurs. 6/14. I called customer service at 5pm on 6/14 & was transferred to dispatch. They indicated that I would be the next call. They would call me back. They never did. I had to call early Friday 6/15 to find out when Corey was coming. I was still the next appt. They were going to call & give me an ETA. Four hours later, they called & said Corey was on his way. He arrived around 1pm approximately 24 hours AFTER I was expecting the service. Not sure where the breakdown was, but feel like there could have been a better job of keeping me in the loop.
