I called My Plumber to see about fixing a slow drain at my kitchen sink. David showed up same day to diagnose and fix the problem. He has an excellent demeanor and gave me his frank and honest opinion on what needed to be done. His work was excellent. The sink is operating perfectly, with quick drainage and no leaks anywhere. Cut out leaking section of 1” copper and replaced with new 1” copper pipe and fittings. Reused existing 1/4 turn valve. Vacuumed out about 20 gals of water from pan and from inner chamber of water heater. Relit water heater and allowed pilot to run for 20 mins. Restored thermostat to 120 degrees approx.
Took head apart off iron filter do to leaking and re-assembled Also flushed pressure tank Also tested water water Ph 6.0 Iron 3.0 7.0 Has softener. Softener is working
Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. No warranty. Did work for half price because customer had already done half of the work. Replaced valve to refrigerator.
Replaced (2) 8’ sections of pipe under house
Upon arrival recovered R-410 freon from the heat pump system and removed failed compressor. Proceeded to install new compressor in place, also replaced by-flow filtered drier as well. Pulled vacuum and recharged 10 lbs of R-410 freon, cycled operations of the system. Unit is on line at this time.
RTS!!!!!!!!RTS!!!!!!! Heat pump is not working. Checked the system and found outside compressor mechanically is bad. Informed customer regarding the issues and quote her for Repair and options for replacement due to the age,she wants to get quote for replacement so I spoke with Sharyn and Paul is on the way for warm hands off.

Upon arrival performed safety inspection to (2-HVAC) systems for heating operations,
Hsp004...hsp004... Arrived to complaint of home not cooling properly. Upon inspection found that system charge was off. Added 6oz of 410A as courtesy for customer signing up for priority Club. Pressures 115/315, Target SH 5.9F actual 6.3, SC rated at 15F actual 12.6F, 20F delta T. System is cooling properly. Customer signed up for HSP.
