Arrived to the home to perform the plumbing evaluation and found 17 yrs old 75 gallon gas w/h leaking from bottom with the customer with me.customer wants to now consider the tankless w/h system with Wayne Fishel coming to his home Saturday 2/23/19 to estimate.also found jack and Jill lav faucet turned off due to failure per customer.already had the special order stems replacement on my truck and the repair was done to faucet on right side of double sink.everything else checked good at this time.1 yr warranty on today service.
