Here at My Plumber Heating and Cooling, customer feedback like this is simply priceless, thank you for the continued loyalty and support!
The plumber broke the copper pipe in my bathroom sink trying to get the pipe off to unplug the clog, in doing this the cost went up to $365.00. I have polished brass in all my bathrooms and if put in chrome to replace the stopper, after seeing this I called him and said you did not use brass stopper, he said he still had the parts and I told him to bring them by Saturday so I could see and that I would show him my other 2 bathrooms that also have all polished brass in the sinks. He told me to call and remind him on Saturday and I did, I also sent him a text message to call me before he came over. He never showed or called. So I called and canceled the payment on the check until the proper stopper and the ring around it is the right color that matches the faucet which is polished brass. I sent him a text letting him know I stopped payment on check and that copper does not rust. I feel I was over charged since he broke the pipe. I will not pay any more money to have the polished brass stopper replaced from the chrome he put in. If this is not done I will contact 7 on your side and then the story will be put on the news. I also called on Monday to let them know I stopped payment and the woman I talked with said she would have billing calling me and this has not happed as of 10/ 23/18. This work was done on 10/19/18.
