Although Adam O'Bien was excellent, your support management is in need of extensive costumer Seervice training. Adam arrived with no information as to what was needed to accomplished for this project. He had to wait 2 hours for a water heater to be sent from Manassas and completed the project at around 11PM. Unexceptable

Installed new 50 gallon electric water heater with expansion tank and pan.
I inspected heat pump system to include: R-410 TXV -All electrical wiring, motors, and components. -All safeties ok -drain is clear and functional -coils are clean -Refrigerant charge is good Oddb 60 Iddb 72 Condenser fan motor capacitor was weak, I replaced. I set up thermostat WiFi to enable outdoor temperature reading from internet. System is in good working order.
