WARRANTY REPAIR- REFERENCE JOB# 1610211893ABA.... Cust invested in our yearly VIP hsp maintenance. Found multiple issues with the oi furnace. Installed by MPHCE in Oct 2016. Replaced the 120v electrical kill outlet and installed a red burner cover. Pulled firing head and replaced the nozzle and set the electrodes. Adjusted primary and secondary air. Replaced gaskets on the pump assembly. Replaced the oil filter and bled two pipe system. Replaced the cad cell. Ran system and made additional adjustments to the secondary air. Stack control working properly. Barometric flue damper working. After repairs the stack temp was 502 deg. HEATRISE is 69 deg. Rated at 55-85 deg. Verified no oil leaks. System online at this time. Recommended a/c and coil replacement asap. Discussed financing options.
Installed 2 new stop valves under customer lavy sink. Had to cut hole in wall to access and repair water line. 1 year parts and labor.
SOLD HSP002...NO INTERNET SERVICE AT OR NEAR THE CUSTOMERS HOME.... CUST INVESTED IN OUR MONTHLY VIP HSP MAINTENANCE. INSTALLED A NEW SURGE PROTECTOR SYSTEM FOR THE CONDENSING UNIT. CUST WILL CONSIDER ADDING A SURGE PROTECTOR FOR THE INDOOR UNIT AT A LATER TIME. TESTED OPERATION. CHECKS OK AT THIS TIME. CUST WILL REPLACE FILTER ASAP. THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF OUR MPHC FAMILY!! Installed new shower cartridge in main hallway bath and tested works great
Did not cover under the 10 yr part warranty due to lack of any maintenance and an infestation of stink bugs shorting across the electrical absorption system. Also, cust wouldn’t allow access to the inside of her home. Per cust the filters are clean. Advised cust of the importance of checking no the full system and for investing in our monthly hsp. Replaced the electrical absorption system and installed a hard start system in the condensing unit. 249v. 7.3 fla. 30 day warranty on parts installed only. Outdoor unit is now online. Added acc999 due to cleaning of the component area of bugs, cocoons, and dead mice.
Inspected ac system. Found condenser not running, due to faulty capacitor. Condenser fan was leaking oil from trying to run. Replaced condenser fan motor and capacitor.
Replaced failed 20 gal well tank with new well tank complete with new tank tee,relief valve,pressure gauge,drain valve,40/60 pressure switch,Romex connectors and ball valve
Installed new 1” barbed by 1” male 90 elbow. Installed new 1 cpvc coupling and 1” cpvc female adapter Installed 2 new hose clamps on poly line coming into house. Filled system and tested for leaks
Performed diagnostic check behind drywall. Found cracked cpvc piping in ceiling in corner of basement feeding outside spigot. Recommended rerouting line and installing Pex piping with dedicated shutoff to spigot. Ran pex line from cpvc connection running line to toilet and to spigot. Installed new spigot due to old one being compromised as well. 2 year parts and labor warranty. Warranty does not cover against freezing. Drywall to be done by homeowner.
