John was nice. He knew exactly what he was doing. He did not have the part but he called around until he got it. Another driver delivered the part to him which was great. Saved him the time. The price was expensive for the job that was done. My faucet was leaking so it was either replace entire faucet which was an outrageous price or go in and repair a small part which was half the price if I had gotten a new faucet. Thank you John now I have a faucet that doesn't leak and I can use the hot water in the sink. Thanks again for your professionalism.

I was satisfied with the service, but I think it was very expensive. I'm sure the parts used weren't that expensive, and the technician was only here for an hour. I have used My Plumber on numerous occasions, but I will be shopping around for best price the next time I have a need for a plumber.

While the company was very nice to deal with everyone kind courteous professional the cost is prohibitive. $600.00 for 25 minutes of work uncomplicated snaking of a drain. Over three times what it should have cost based on my research of three other companies. Research I should obviously have done prior to using My Plumber.

I was house-sitting in the Sterling, Va. area and needed a plumber. I contacted MY PLUMBER, and to my delight, they were able to send a plumber out within a very, very short period of time. The dispatch staff and others were so polite and caring. Oscar was the plumber they sent. He had every replacement piece needed, and he not only repaired the faulty shower piece, he discovered and repaired another problem, and even "winterized" the outside taps by shutting off the water leading to them. I was so grateful and so impressed by their service. I surely wish they had MY PLUMBER where I live in West Virginia. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable staff.

The people who did the actual service seemed very competent and were certainly friendly and obliging. However, one person was sent who was unable to do any work. He was unable to remove a garbage disposal unit sold to us by My Plummer. That was a major inconvenience because I had to change my schedule in order to be here. I cannot honestly comment on price because I really had no time to do comparison shopping. I relied on the integrity of Troy. My ranking on cost needs to be seen in that light.

I had a very worrisome leak in one of my upstairs bathrooms that had leaked through to the kitchen ceiling . In less than 20 mins Raymond had looked at everything and found the culprit and fixed the problem. I will be calling My Plumber for all of my plumbing needs. They were professional at every turn, the plumber came in and immediately put dust covers over his shoes and worked beyond my expectation. I found the fee to be reasonable and I understood from the beginning the cost . There was no surprises and every question I asked was answered kindly and professionally .

David & Drake did a good job fixing leaks in a 20 foot copper pipe plus an offshoot pipe. They also replaced the incoming shut off valve. David was very careful to give me costs before doing the work which was appreciated. Only thing was the high cost.

Thermostat blank. Checked the system and found 3 amps fuse was blown and causing thermostat blank. Did diagnosis and found common wire on thermostat causing fuse to pups. Replace the thermostat and unit back to operation. All working ok at this time.

New 50 Gallon Gas Water Heater. No Warranty. Installed a main shutoff as a courtesy, no warranty. Installed washing machine hoses as a courtesy, no warranty.
Psi 65, snaked kitchen sink drain copper pipe, we snaked twice 30 ft of cable, run water after all and water was running properly.
Performed hsphvac maintenance on a 2005 Trane a/c and g/f system. R22. Discussed the refrigerant phaseout. Cust not interested in a system Upgrade at this time. Replaced the cust supplied air filter. Blower recently cleaned. Acoil dirty, ductwork dirty, cond coils are clean. Furnace safeties test ok. 126v. 27 low voltage. 5.3 fla. 49 deg heatrise. The electrical absorption and distribution systems test ok. Installed a new hard start system. After installation of the hard start system the fla ok 11.7. 251v. R22 pressures ok at 64/185 psig. 35A fused service disconnect. Per specs. #8 aluminum service wiring. #10 copper wiring to the outdoor unit. Cust paid in full for the whole home duct cleaning service and the add on dryer vent cleaning. Scheduled 07/01/19 12-2pm. The dryer and dryer vent, along with the ductwork system has plenty of access room. Cust was advised that all registerers must be accessible, any items were to be moved by the cust, and that the 2 return grills had been paint
Installed new 3/4” main shutoff valve with one year parts and labor warranty. Not responsible for drywall repair.
Installed tub spout, handle, and shower head with arm in basement bathroom. Did major rebuild on master toilet, and a tub spout in upstairs hall bathroom. Warranty only applies to items not affected by water pressure. PSI 100+.
Psi 60 chl - Repair 1/2” cpvc water line for the o/s h/b and replace shower handle in the basement shower
Customer had a leak coming from third floor bathroom when they were gone for 17 days. Upon seeing water marks coming from toilet flange on cut open ceiling, and removing the toilet and seeing the wax ring not fully attached, it was determined it came from the toilet. Noticed that the flapper was smaller and water kept on continuously running, and it kept running while they were gone which it was caused the leak along with the wax ring. Performed a major rebuild and changed wax ring. 2yr warranty on parts and labor.
PSI65. Burst supply line on powder room toilet. Install new valve and supply line, test and all seems well at this time. 2 year warranty. Great flushing toilet, all components good working order.
