Snaked main line from main level rough in for toilet until I could see cables in cleanout outside. Ran water and everything is working ok.
ONLY BILL HVAC $350, I REINSTALLED DUCT MYSELF Customer became very ornery towards the end of the night. I explained everything to her initially and gave her options. I think she got sticker shock. I was brought out the wrong heater initially so that caused a few hours delay. Then I had to redo a bunch of the electrical so that caused a delay also. I did my best but her mood just tanked. Arrived to find emergency shutoff for whole house that was incredibly hard to turn. Also pressure reducing valve right above it was leaking and older. Also found water heater was leaking badly and was a fire hazard. Installed new 40 gallon electric water heater with hot and cold shutoffs and thermal expansion tank. Also replaced pressure reducing valve and main shutoff to whole house. Did not charge customer for anglestop or expansion tank as courtesy because we had to charge to remove duct from hvac
Did a minor rebuild on upstairs bathroom toilet. 1 year parts and labor.
