After using several plumbers recommended to us over the years, we recently decided (after seeing television ads for "My Plumber" that we would normally have ignored) to try "My Plumber." In the past, the rates charged by other plumbers along with the difficulty we experienced when attempting to get a plumber out to our home on a timely basis. made us skeptical that our experience with "My Plumber" would be any different. But we were wrong. From start to finish, the experience was VERY different. Scheduling was easy. The master plumber who came for the appointment was on time, explained the problem in great detail and then provided numerous solutions from which to choose. The rates were "per job," NOT by the hour. The repair was done quickly and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, My Plumber, for proving to us that your company is different from the rest!
