Upon arrival for tune up safety check on 2020 Carrier furnace, everything checked out normally per routine maintenance. System is working within manufacturers specifications. System heating properly upon departure. Also, humidifier had been unhooked due to recent flooding in basement went ahead and hooked up the humidifier properly for the customer.
I am Performing our Five Star Tune-Up & Safety Check on a 2004 Rheem Gas Furnace. All readings were within manufacturer's specifications, unit operating properly at this time.
Found condensate drain clogged. Cleaned drain and repaired the line.
Performed AC check on Fujitsu mini split. All is working at this time.
Upon arrival I found the Aire-flow furnace not running properly due to a dirty furnace filter.
