Scheduled an appointment and he called 20 minutes before he showed up. He looked at my ac unit and told me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. I will definitely use them again!!

I performed diagnostic on ICP Air Conditioning Unit. I determined that system is empty on refrigerant and also has failed capacitor. I noticed some traces of oil on condenser coil and located leak on condenser coil. I provided customer with repair/replacement options. Customer is all set for new system replacement tomorrow. Unit is NOT operational at time of my departure.
I performed diagnostic on Ducane Air Conditioning unit. I determined that unit only runs for about 3 minutes then shuts off on high pressure. I found condenser coil extremely dirty. I cleaned condenser coil on both condensers and kicked system on. Operational normal without shutting off. Capacitors and refrigerant levels are both okay at this time. System operational and cooling at time of my departure.
I did a diagnostic on a Bryant AC unit. Upon inspection I found it needed a new condenser fan motor and capacitor. I replaced these parts. System is operational at this time.
I installed a Carrier 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Honeywell T6 Programmable Thermostat/Emerson, and a Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the systems and they are operational at this time.
I performed diagnostic service call on Goodman Air Conditioning Unit. I determined that the evap coil drain pan is compromised and it is causing the leak. I provided customer with repair and replace options. They will get back to us once they have decided.
I performed scheduled maintenance tune-up & safety check on Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. I performed maintenance checklist. I changed dirty filter with one customer provided. I found unit to be way over charged. I removed 3lbs of refrigerant and balanced charge. I checked subcool again. System is operating within specifications at this time.
I completed Installation on Carrier 96% Two-Stage 100,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Carrier 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner, new Evap Coil and removal of previous Bryant HVAC system.
I arrived to a home to perform a diagnostic on an AC after having to leave the previous day due to ice. Found pressure at 110/270 subcool 7.8 superheat 2.3. Found AC airflow not setup properly. Set so in AC mode it would only run at low stage. Setup airflow for 5ton unit. Pressures now 121/241 superheat 13 subcool 9.7.
I arrived to a call-back service at a home I recently serviced. Upon arrival system was off, kicked system on and checked refrigerant pressure, checked amp draw on compressor and it is over amping pulling 17amps, and the compressor would cut out and kick off during call for cooling and kick back on a few minutes after. Compressor is bad. Provided customer with a new system replacement, customer will review with spouse and get back with me. Not cooling at departure.
I arrived to a diagnostic for an air conditioner. Upon arrival checked refrigerant pressure and found system almost empty on refrigerant. Provided customer with a new system estimate and he is all set for Wednesday installation. System not cooling at departure.
