I performed a diagnostic on Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioning Unit. I determined that refrigerant pressures are a tad bit low. I found no leaks in system. I changes the blower speed from red to blue. If problem persist we will need to change out drop and add a filter cabinet. System is operating as intended at time of my departure.
After removing the Trane air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.

I installed a Carrier 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace. System is set and customer is ready for the cooling season.
I completed a diagnostic on a Trane Gas Furnace. I determined that Inducer motor has failed and needs replaced. I provided customers with repair and replacement options. System Not operational at time of departure.
I provided an estimate on a mini split for the upstairs portion of a home. I also provided an estimate for a new ac unit.
Upon arrival for service call on an electric furnace, found system running in cooling mode and not heating and low voltage wired up wrong at furnace. I switched wiring of o and L system then kicked into heating mode at heat pump as it should, system also had loose wires going into breakers in unit I fixed this, unit operating as intended upon departure.
Upon arrival for tune up safety check on 2020 Carrier furnace, everything checked out normally per routine maintenance. System is working within manufacturers specifications. Customer did purchase new filter with us which I replaced. System heating properly upon departure.
Upon arrival for callback on 2010 Goodman furnace, found board bad again. Looks like collector box is leaking down on board collector box will need replaced as well as board. Combustion check will need done on unit to ensure that secondary is not having issues. Customer currently doesn’t have heat.
Upon arrival for tune up safety check on 2011 ICP furnace, noticed the only thing going out in the system is the inducer motor. It was at the maximum amperage allowed. Brought to customers attention. Furnace heating properly upon departure.
I installed the circuit control board, system fired up as it should with no issues. I cleared the drain line and fixed the leak issue. I cycled the system a few more times to ensure everything is working. System is operational at departure.
Upon inspection, I found the control board is faulty. I informed the customer I would contact the office to have them order one and would come back to replace it and continue diagnostic work. System is not operational at departure due to control board issues.
Upon arrival for tune up safety check on 2020 Carrier furnace, I am unable to do tune up due to issues found on callback see that job for details. Will need to reschedule tune up for after that issue is fixed.
