I performed installation on new Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 40,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Five Star 16 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner, new Evap Coil, Aprilaire High Efficiency Air Cleaner and removal of previous Bryant HVAC equipment.
I completed Installation of Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Five Star 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner, New Evap Coil and removal of previous York Air Conditioning Equipment.

Customer requested an estimate to replace Trane air conditioner and gas furnace. I recommended replacing them with a Carrier 16 SEER 3.5 Ton Air Conditioner and a Carrier 80% 90,000 BTU Gas Furnace.
I performed diagnostic on Bryant Air Conditioning unit. I determined that condenser is not operational. I found dual capacitor has failed and needs replaced. System needs new Condensate Pump also. I gave customer quote for repair/replace. Customer decided to do a new system installation and is all set for tomorrow. I waived diagnostic fee. System is not operational at departure.
I performed a diagnostic call on a Weather King air conditioner. Upon arrival found system not operational at all. After further diagnostic discovered that the step down transformer has failed and it isn't sending voltage through. Replaced transformer and checked refrigerant pressures, all is ok at this time. Recommended system replacement in the near future, System operational and cooling at departure.
Diagnostic call on a Carrier heat pump. Upon arrival found system not operational and the thermostat was blank. I found the condensation drain clogged. Blew out drain with nitrogen and made customer aware that if line gets clogged again, I'd recommend installing a pump and draining into washer drain. System operational and cooling at departure.
