We called 10 companies on a Sunday evening they all advertised their hours as 24/7 we had to leave messages at 6 the others answered and either told us to call back the next morning or said they would call is back. None of our calls were returned. We called 2 back the next morning they said they would have the person who does the scheduling /dipatching call us back. After waiting for an hour we looked for another company and found NEW ALBANY HEATING AND COOLING, the person that answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful and scheduled us for that day. The gentleman who came to our house was courteous and thorough. Their prices were great. We will call them again for all our heating and cooling needs.

After removing the Trane air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed spring tune up on a Trane air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I found the inducer motor, collector box, and exhaust drain boot all needed to be replaced. I advised the customer to replace system due to age of the system and cost of repairs. They agreed and opted to install new system.
Upon arrival found furnace not operational, After further diagnostic discovered that the circuit board has failed and needs replaced, Provided customer with repair and replacement options, Customer will review and get back with us, System not operational at departure.

Water around 2001 Carrier furnace.Confirmed proper operation of condensate pump. Confirmed proper drainage of evap coil drain line. Found pressures close to freezing. Found cleanable filter dirty. I Pulled and cleaned.
