I installed a Five Star Multi-Speed 2 Ton Electric Furnace and a Five Star 14 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump. I cycled and monitored the systems and they are operational at this time.
I assisted in Installation of new Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner, new Evap Coil, New thermostat and removal of previous Ducane HVAC system.
After removing the Comfort maker gas furnace and a Baird air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 17" and a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
After removing the Carrier gas furnace and air conditioner, I installed a Carrier 80% 90,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I installed a Carrier 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. System is set and customer ready for the cooling season.
I gave an estimate to replace a Bryant Gas Furnace. I recommend replacing it with a Five Star 96% 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 14". Included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic on a Five Star Gas Furnace. I determined that The W wire was wired into the W2 at the thermostat, adjusted the wiring and system cam eon. System was operational at time of departure.
I gave an estimate to install a new Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 120,000 BTU Gas Furnace 5.5T 24" and a new Five Star 16 SEER 5 Ton Air Conditioner.
I replaced the OEM High Limit switch on a Gas Furnace. System was operational at time of departure.
I completed a diagnostic on a Gas Furnace. I determined that the system was displaying code 3 for multiple high limit switch openings. I reset the system and it then displayed code 4 which is single long pressure switch opening. I pulled limit switch and was able to get it unstuck, however the switch is broken, System will need a new limit switch. System was operational at time of departure.
I completed a diagnostic on a 2021 Lennox Gas furnace. I determined that there was too much airflow was coming out of the vents. Set the fan speed to blue fan speed after going through both orange and yellow fan speeds with the customer to determine if either of those worked better for more airflow less noise. System was operational at time of departure.
I completed an installation inspection on a Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 17". Completed installation checklist. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed a Call Back on Installation for Carrier 96% 60,000 BTU Gas Furnace. I replaced old Condensate Pump. Cycled and Monitored System. Unit is operating Normally at time of departure.
Upon arrival I found plastic toy and packing peanuts as well as a decent amount of dust in burner area, this was most likely cause of burning smell. I removed objects and cleaned as much dust as possible. Unit operating as intended upon departure.
I completed Installation of Carrier 96% 40,000 BTU Gas Furnace and Removal of Trane Gas Furnace.
