I performed diagnostic on Carrier Air Conditioning Unit. I determined that high levels of humidity customer was seeing was caused by blower motor being on factory settings still. Blower was moving 5Tons of air on a 4 Ton system. I reset dip switch and lowered cfm to 4 Tons. System operational and cooling at departure.
I performed Installation of Carrier "Infinity Series" 80% 2 Stage Variable Speed 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Carrier 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner, new Evap coil, return air drop kit, Media cabinet, Aprilaire 600M Humidifier and removal of previous Lennox HVAC System.

I completed a diagnostic call on a Concord air conditioner. Upon arrival customer stated that the system was struggling to keep home cool and when he went to replace the filter, he noticed water at the bottom of the air handler. Checked refrigerant pressures, capacitor, indoor fan, and capacitor. All are ok at this time, Reason for system not cooling was due to extremely clogged filter, made customer aware to keep up on keeping a clean filter on system, System operational and cooling at departure.
