Our central air stopped working and we got the first appointment the next day. I arrived to perform a diagnostic on an air conditioner. Upon arrival found condenser not operational, Found dual capacitor has failed. Replaced 45/5 dual capacitor and system kicked on operational normal. Customer renewed SMA plan. System operational and cooling at departure.
I installed a Carrier 80% 110,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 16 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the systems and they are operational at this time.
I completed installation of Carrier 96% Two-Stage 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace, Carrier 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner Unit, new Evap Coil and removal of previous Trane HVAC System.
I performed diagnostic service call on Five Star 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioning Unit. Upon arrival customer stated that the system isn’t cooling and there isn’t enough air coming through vents, After further diagnostic discovered that the furnace filter is clogged and that is what causing issues, Checked refrigerant pressures with clogged filter in then removed filter and checked refrigerant pressures again and found all is ok with filter out. Photos of gages before and after filter removal attached to job. System operational and cooling at departure.
I installed a Carrier 16 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioner. I cycled and monitored the system and it is operational at this time.
Completed a diagnostic call on a Lennox air conditioner. Upon arrival checked refrigerant pressures and found system low on refrigerant. I explained repairs and replacement options to customer, Providing customer with a quote for new system replacement, He will review and get back with us.
I provided customer with estimate for Five Star 13 SEER Air Conditioner System and removal of previous ICP Air Conditioning System.
I installed a Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 5T 21". Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
