I performed a diagnostic on a Payne AC unit. Upon arrival found furnace blower motor seized up. I have ordered a new blower motor and we will move forward with replacing it.
I arrived to a home with a recent installation. Customer says the furnace pipes were not properly sealed, whenever AC kicks on, air blows out like crazy. Customer is also concerned about a "slimy, clear liquid" coming from the outdoor unit. Upon arrival, I sealed around top of evap coil with more silicone. The gel on outdoor unit is from cool gel for braise joints and it is normal. System operational and cooling at departure.
I arrived to perform a diagnostic on an air conditioner. Upon arrival found condenser fan blades have broken off and damaged the condenser coil, Recommended system replacement due to age and cost of repairs. Provided customer with repair and replacement options Customer will review and get back with us. Not operational at departure.
I performed installation of new Five Star 13 SEER 5 Ton Air Conditioning Unit, new Evap Coil and removal of previous Carrier Air Conditioning Unit.
I performed diagnostic on Carrier 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. Upon arrival I found condenser fan operational and compressor was not operational. I tested dual capacitor and found it had failed. I replaced warranty Multi-Tap Compressor-Motor/High voltage Surge Capacitor/Turbo. System kicked on normally. System operational and cooling at time of my departure.
I performed diagnostic on Carrier Air Conditioning Unit. I determined that the source of the water was drain in the basement floor was clogged. I referred customer to Blessed Plumbing and have them snake the drain.
I performed Installation of Carrier 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner and removal of previous York Air Conditioning Unit.
I performed Installation of Carrier 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioning Unit and removal of previous Carrier Air Conditioning Unit.
I installed a Carrier 96% Two-Stage 100,000 BTU Gas Furnace and Carrier 16 SEER 4 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
Upon completing estimate, customer no longer needed one.
I removed a Lennox Electric furnace and Lennox heat pump. I installed a Five Star Multi-Speed 2.5 Ton Electric Furnace / Fan and a Five Star 14 SEER 2.5 Ton Heat Pump. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
