I completed scheduled maintenance spring tune up on a Five Star air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I performed a scheduled maintenance agreement tune-up on a Carrier air conditioner. Upon arrival after doing tune-up I noticed, system is overcharged. Due to weather I came back out with my soup to take a look at unit, we are going to flush out the system, put in a new filter, and get a new fan motor and blade.
I performed a tune-up and safety check under a scheduled maintenance agreement on a Carrier air conditioner unit. I found that the system was over charged. On a warmer day, we will return to verify the condition of the condenser.
