Installed new 80 gallon Buderus hot water tank.
Performed a blower pull and clean and an indoor evaporator coil clean to ensure indoor air quality and system functionality.
Reviewed HVAC system. Nest thermostat in the master bedroom only showed heat. Found Y wire disconnected from base of thermostat. Reconnected. Unit runs great. 3rd Floor not cooling properly. Found thermostat in “Eco†mode which was setting the thermostat back to 78 degrees. Removed eco feature on all thermostats in home. Tested operation of all zones. Systems running well.
Customer noted issues with system not heating or cooling properly with Bosch heat pump system. Reviewed Nest thermostat wiring and found incorrectly wired. Fixed wiring at thermostat. Reprogrammed Nest thermostat to operate properly with the outdoor heat pump system. Checked wiring at indoor unit and found setup incorrectly. Repaired wiring at air handler and tested operation. Unit now properly heating and cooling.
