Diagnosed faulty ignition control board and faulty hot surface igniter. Replaced ignition control board and hot surface igniter. Heat has been restored.
Repairs requested by the realtor. Replaced expansion tank. Replaced corroded ball valve, piping and boiler drain. Replaced water feeder for boiler. Filled and purged boiler. Tested operation from both thermostats. Confirmed hot water to the faucets. System ready.
