Diagnosed bad zone damper as well as airflow restriction caused by clogged filter. Presented customer with options on how to correct that via adding more return air duct and a 5 inch filter.
Checked heating system. No error codes present at time of inspection. Cycled all 3 zones of heat. Watched boiler cycle. No noise that is not from normal operation at time of service. Boiler cycles to high fire immediately upon startup, so noise level is louder at the beginning of startup. No issues at this time.
