The furnace technician/specialist (Ray) was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. Two thumbs up for Ray!
Ray was extremely professional and detailed with his explanation of the work to be done. Very respectful of our home and left a clean work area before leaving. Very pleasant and easy to ask for info. I would rate his service as 5 out of 5.

I phoned in about 11 AM. Receptionist promised a call back and it happened around noon or so. Service tech called also to tell me he was leaving and arrived 15 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem,ordered the correct pars which was available in town. It was delivered to my place and installed. Heat exchanger was cleaned thoroughly and now is up and running. The process from initial phone call was about 6 hrs. I had called another firm 4 times in a week with no callbacks on their part. Thanks for the Great Service.
They came in a changed my heat exchanger on the furnace. They were honest about what had to be done (it was tagged out by Reliance and he had said it should have only had 42 day tag)
Even though our experience with the technician was a positive one, our prior dealings with management leave something to be desired. We had an issue with our fireplace purchased in 2012. We had documentation showing that the warranty was for 10 years. Not only could they not find evidence of this because it was archived, I had to provide it for them. It was determined that the remote thermal control that needed replacement was not covered and the cost to replace it was $283.00. I was able to get the exact same unit at a competitor in Sudbury for $150. We find this level of customer service unsatisfactory. We purchased a fireplace and furnace and have participated in their annual maintenance and cleaning for the furnace since 2012.
Called before arriving. Worked hard and effectively. We are happy with the work.
What a nice young Man with such happy eyes on a Monday morning, very polite too (tell his Mom) and the service was FREE this time, I can only tell you, that I was happy with his work ( you may send him for the yearly service check-up) My Printer is not working, so may I please have a printed Bill of today's work, for my Records, even if no money was paid, ok?
