Didnt hear the "grinding rocks" as the previous techs stated. Greased bearings on blower shaft. Sound seems to be a bit quieter. Per Richard hold off on motor.
Customer will pay over phone with credit card when completed.
The customer called as he has standing water in his laundry room. The drain seems to be clogged.
dryer vent cleaning was not needed. was charged diag fee for taking apart dryer vent and covers
Tenant works from home. Will be able to move up if needed.
