Josh was incredible! He helped us problem solve and was very polite. I trust and recommend him anytime! Kevin was amazing as well. Instantly called and was able to have someone come out to look at our AC. Problem is fixed now, unless it’s something else in that case we will have Josh out again. This company treats you like family and is always willing to complete things before they leave. They make sure the client is satisfied before leaving and if they can’t finish it they always make sure to get it done asap! Other than the short time we sweated with no AC, Josh’s fault lol JK, it was amazing. 10/5 would recommend :) wonderful people that work here!!!

I had a propane line done, wish it was cheaper but work was done and quote was accurate. Kevin helped clear some concerns and made things right when we were concerned. Job was done in a decent amount of time and allowed financing for services. Thank you Kevin for reaching out post job I appreciated you doing that and look forward to working with you again!

When I called, I feared I would have to wait hours or days and they had one of their team members at our home within an hour. Timothy was very professional, friendly, and informative about the fixes we needed. He had the leak fixed within an hour and back to doing my wifely duties I went. We will definitely call On Time Plumbing again

spoke to James and he said that he does not want any repairs done unless it is a wire that needs replaced. Only wants to pay for the diag fee. Said that he does need estimate for repair or replacement of the 3 units (he thought it was only 2 units) that Eric said is not working. Called Eric and text him to call me so I can discuss with him what James said. Eric he will be available before 11:30 and after 1:30 for you to call him
Power came back on before we came out haven’t had issues since. Checked everything at breaker panel newer Eaton be panel connections are tight and voltages read properly. Kitchen plug had some arcing when touched and homeowner noticed it was loose and sparking before, declined replacement said they could do it themselves
