On Time helped us so much in a time of terrible need. The house is in bad condition after sitting empty for awhile and the only bathroom had failed and we were already living here. Jeremy came out and first they investigated the sewer line, cleaned it out and put a clean out line in the yard. Then they went over the bathroom and found out that the subfloor was water damaged and needed replaced around the toilet and they worked with a handyman to replace it and then Jeremy replaced the lead pipe with PVC and the toilet. There was a possibility that we might have to sell the house at a huge loss and they fixed all the issues and gave us a house we could live in. Our extreme gratitude knows no bounds.
