I called around town for a plumber to establish the cost to come out and give an estimate on a water and gas leak that I knew I had, but didn't know where. The first company I called said $150 hr, minimum 1 hour, including the time to drive to and from the job site. Then I called 'On Time' and they said it'd be free to have them come out and give a quote/estimate, so I didn't need to make any more calls, and they scheduled me for the very next day. Scott was our plumber, and he arrived with an apprentice who identified our leak within just a few minutes. They were professional, prompt, and ready to do the job then and there. Scott made sure to lay out the pricing and explained the process thoroughly, including that they charge per job and not per hour, and that's my personal preference, anyway. After that, they came out the next day to start diagnosing and fixing the gas leak. We were satisfied with the service and the pricing of this company, and it's a relief to know we won't have to shop around for plumbing services again.

Gregory with On Time Plumbing was at my home within a few hours of my call on a Friday. He quickly diagnosed the major leak in my plumbing and quickly hooked up a temporary line so that I could have running water over the weekend. Monday he repaired the leak and solved the issue.
