I have dealt with many service and retail companies, but never have I come away without concerns until now. Bobby, my service technician, crossed all the "T's" and dotted all the "i's". He didn't leave one stone unturned and addressed my concerns before I could present them. It was as though the guy could read my mind. He's good. He's really good. Finally, I found a company, which put me at a 100% satisfaction rate. I plan on using him to correct problems at a few of my other properties. He's genuine and down to earth. What I liked most is that he talked to me and not at me. You guys did a good job when you hired him. Seldom do I offer other jobs to someone I just met, but he made me feel right at home with the things he presented. Well done!
