Companiy's technicains seem to be looking for opportunities for up-selling more so than focusing on finishing the task at hand; today's visit was no exception. And, of course, they are happy to spend as much time as the propsect would like on the promotion. The technicians are also looking to replace parts - for additional business - even though the need is questionable as I found out when I dug into it today. Once earlier I was charged $275 for a faulty capacitor that was identified as part of the service. I wrote an email complaining about it and got NO response. Because of the above I would give a 1 star rating. The good news is that the technician does not pester you and is very unhurried when it comes to answering questions. Hence I made the overall experience a 3-stars.
