This is not specific to Tommy but to all service folks. They need to have longer hoses so they can clean the coils appropriately. This has been a challenge for us for the last 15 years!!! It would be nice to get it taken care of. We are a multi unit dwelling that shares a water spigot.

We were very pleased with the service except for the accidental mishap of not turning the furnace back on after cleaning resulting in a chilly evening. The problem was fixed with a call. Eddie was pleasant, explained everything, and answered questions. I'm betting he never does this again! 😏
