I'm prob the type of customer that drive people nuts. I'm very picky, opinionated and have a million questions. I was literally emailing Krysten for 3 months with endless questions even before we paid a dime. Krysten answered all my questions in a friendly, professional and timely manor. To do my due diligence I interviewed several other companies and non came close the customer service I have received.
