Overholt has been taking care of my furnaces and air conditioners in three different houses for 20 years. The quality of service is amazing. They are there when they say they are coming and you get a phone call ten minutes before they are due to arrive. They are neat, clean, and respect your property. If there is another, less costly, alternative for you, that's what they discuss. I appreciate the honesty of the owner (I have even left him with a set of keys and alone in my house) and know that I am well taken care of. I have the maintenance program and my furnace and a/c are checked yearly. I get the phone call that it's time so I don't have to remember. I have highly recommended them to many friends. And, Debbie who does scheduling, is very pleasant and easy to work with.

From Office staff ... to Technician, everyone is courteous, knowledgeable, & super reliable. Service contract is reasonable for a very comprehensive service, & biannual appointments are scheduled in a timely fashion. They have built a truly caring relationship with their customers, & Brian goes above & beyond to perform excellent service. Overholt is a quality company; wish they could expand their service area as far south as Kent-Ravenna!
