Our heat broke on Christmas Eve so we woke up to a chilly house. Temperature was dropping steadily. I called AHS on the 26th and they couldn’t get anyone out until the 27th. I called back later when the temp in my house was in the 40’s. They got in touch with your company and scheduled an appt the same day!!! Tony was wonderful. Very nice, professional and polite, He ordered the part and was back early the next morning to install it, as promised. Thank you!!!!!!

We recently had our 18 year old furnace go out. Rather than do repairs we opted for a new unit. I was very impressed with Charles and with Chad at Paramount. They both took the time to educate us on how furnaces work, and offered a variety of options to chose from. These are extremely polite and conscientious young men who are personable, and know how to focus on getting the job done with attention to detail. I can't say enough how impressed I am with them. Time will tell on the efficiently of the new furnace and AC, which I'm sure will work our fine. What is memorable though is Charles and Chad, and their knowledge and professionalism.
