Fred came to our house the first time when I was not available. My wife wanted to have me present at the time so we both knew exactly what was going on. On the second appointment he provided me with multiple options from just getting it fixed, to getting it fixed and providing warranties and also scheduled maintenance. I was very surprised when we chose our top option and he said he was going to do the work immediately. Not only was he extremely efficient but he also cleaned up after himself and made sure my home looked the same as it did when we initially arrived. I will definitely use Paramount again and request Fred! Excellent service provided.
