He, also, helped me with the problem I was having with the new water heater - which wasn't on the work order... just cuz he's a nice man, he helped me out. I recommend Paramount to everyone I can. It was 7:30am on Christmas Day- No Heat....Dave was at the house with in an hour, and has the heat back on in approx an hour...could have been a disaster...Christmas was saved!

Bill came on Saturday afternoon-during the OSU football game no less. Worked for hours to save us money looking for a leak. Made the needed repaired and saved us a new unit. Very professional and friendly. Mostly it was his immediate service on a long weekend to relieve us from the 80+ degrees in our home that I made me a very satisfied client.
