Furnace tune-up and safety inspection. Cleaned and serviced furnace. Tested all mechanical components. Tested blower motor cap. Cleaned flame sensor. HSI was replaced last year and is still in good condition. Tested gas valve and inlet/outlet pressures. Furnace from 2012. Filter still has life to it being a 20x25x5. Replaced the receptacle on the side of the furnace. Tested the humidifier. The humidifier pad filter was cleaned and usable. Last visit on VIP service plan. Customer renewed VIP maintenance plan. Performed free plumbing inspections.
