The pleasant, courteous staff member arrived on time and reviewed with me the reason for his coming. He explained what he would be doing briefly and clearly, and was open to any questions I had. After the service, he discussed it with me and wasn’t rushed to leave. He did the regular yearly “checking” of the heating system and let me know the status if it (which I’m glad is very good!). I would be happy to have him be one of the Perfect Service staff members who comes the next time they are needed.
