If it’s the 1st company to look at your issue why would a person want to choose them instead of getting more info on what there situation is. So that is what I did. And I found out that I could get both units replaced with a middle of the line unit, not top of the line for 11,700 and not 19,000. I’ve made deals before and wish I had of done my research and I’m sure everyone has. The technician should have offered to charge up my unit so I have a least been comfortable but he didn’t do that. The company I Chose did offer and did charge it up so I waited on them to get it done. If you think about it the units cost in probably less than $6000.00 and one day install at maybe $1500.00 that’s $7500.00. That’s $19000.00-$7500.00=$11500.00 that’s a pretty damn good profit. I don’t think I want to go there. You see sometimes y’all have to deal with I guy that knows what’s going on. Thank God for the Internet. The info is always a click away.
