I recently had my unit scheduled for an annual cleaning/inspection. While waiting for my cleaning appointment my unit failed leaving my home with 90 degree temps. I called a Perfect Service and explained the situation to the front desk and within an hour a technician(Chase) was dispatched to my home. He was prompt, polite, professional and genuinely friendly. He preformed my service and made the repair with no issues. He went above and beyond to insure I was satisfied and that all of my concerns where met. *The Next Day I had my annual cleaning/service, Chase was dispatched to my home again. He was right on time. Although, the service performed was basically the same as the day before(with exception of the actual cleaning), this was not covered under warranty. With that said, A Perfect Service made it as affordable as possible and I always appreciate the Military Discount offered. Chase is a performer, he gets the job done. I would recommend and invite Chase to be dispatched for my HVAC need anytime. I have been a customer of A perfect Service for a little over 4 years and I have been satisfied and will continue to use their service.
