I came out on a diagnostic for a nine year old heat pump. Upon arrival I found unit is not cooling the home. Filter clean, blower coming on. I found system has a leak. Gave options and client will talk it over and get back to me.
Upon arrival I completed a Half Install of a Five Star 13 SEER, 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. The system is operational upon departure.
Performed a diagnostic service call for a 2013 AC unit. No cooling upon arrival found customer installed nest found multiple wires crossing over touching each other. Found that the wires inside nest wasn’t wired up like it was in the furnace. Re-wired indoor unit and thermostat. System was still running in heat mode.
I came out to remove old equipment and install a Five Star 16 SEER, 2 Ton Air Conditioner
I provided client with an estimate for a new full HVAC system!
No cooling upon arrival and I found the reverting valve unplugged. Plugged in reversing valve system is operational at this time.
Performed a tune-up and safety check-up for a 2015 AC unit. Here for spring tune up. System running ok, added 1LB of 410. System running according to spec and operational upon departure.

Went to install an Iwave-R air purifier. Installed I wave checked system settings with CoolCloudHAC app verifying heater pack and reduced airflow because customer complains curtains blowing too much. The customer also needed assistance in setting up their Honeywell home app for their T10 thermostat.
Upon arrival I completed a Full Install of a Five Star 2.5 Ton Multi-Speed Air Handler - Five Star 14 SEER, 2.5 Ton Heat Pump - The system is operational upon departure.
I did a Heat tune up. All operations are good. Checked amps volts and electrical components. Filter is good. Electric heat is good. Biogrowth growing on coil and blower. Made recommendations for purification for system and ductwork.
I completed a callback service. Customer stated heat pump wasn’t running. After calling for heat, low voltage wire on Y and O read 24v. Terminals on board also read 24v. Reversing valve never clicked over. Checked terminals for solenoid and got 24v. Solenoid is stuck and will not allow heat pump to run in heat mode.
