I completed a service call on an A\C upon arrival tstat was blank. flushed drain and added tablets and replaced impacted filter.
I came out to remove old equipment and install a Five Star 16 SEER, 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner and a Five Star 96% 80k BTU Up-Flow Gas Furnace!
I completed a diagnostic service call upon arrival there was no cooling due to loose burned com wire on cap repaired wire with jumper A\C is 2 ton not sufficient for finished basement Furnace is oversized 90k with 4 ton drive recommend they get a full system replacement due to mismatch 2 ton A\C.
I completed a diagnostic on a Bryant A/C. I inspected the system and found loose burned com wire on capacitor. I repaired wire with jumper. I advised the homeowner that the AC is not sufficient while the furnace is oversized. I provided an estimate for a system that would better fit home/cooling needs. Homeowner moving forward with a new install.
After removing the electric furnace and heat pump, I installed a Five Star 3 Ton Multi-speed air handler and a Five Star 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Heat pump. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.

I determined that due to the age and condition of the unit that it may be best to replace the unit. I went over options with the customer and the customer has opted to have an installation scheduled.

performed a tune-up and safety check-up for a AC unit. System was only getting a 12 degree cooling split. I added 1 lbs of r410a. The cooling split is now 18 degrees. All system checks are good.
I performed a scheduled maintenance agreement. new filters are needed. will need to be changed more often.All checks okay at this time.
Performed a diagnostic service call for a furnace that is not working. Clean flame sensor burners and verify function. Flame current .1ma on arrival with watchguard error for low flame current, after cleaning 2.3ma Cycled furnace to set point of 72F with no additional errors.
Upon arrival I completed diagnostics and found the stat was showing system in heating mode however no voltage at furnace board. The system did not have common wire. I removed stat and charged with usb: let charge for 20 mins and reinstalled. I restarted the system. The system is again operational. Advised customer once it warmed up to pull stat off and let it charge more. The system is operational and heating upon departure. I recommend replacing stat with eco bee.
I completed a diagnostic on a electric furnace that was shutting on and off. Upon arrival I discovered that there was no voltage at the furnace board. I removed the t-sat to charge it for 20 minutes then reinstalled it. System was operational and heating at the time of departure. Recommended the customer replace thermostat with a eco bee.
Went in to do a Diagnostic Service Call and replaced a 80% OEM Inducer Motor.
