I removed an electric furnace and heat pump. I installed a Five Star Multi-Speed 3 Ton Electric Furnace and a Five Star 14 SEER 3 Ton Heat Pump. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I replaced clients old system with a Five Star 14 SEER 2.5 Ton Heat Pump and a Five Star 2.5 Ton Multi-Speed Air Handler.
Upon arrival found system not cooling. Found system completely out of R-410A customer purchased a new system it’s getting installed tomorrow
Went for an estimate for a 2012 electric furnace. Customer is wanting a new ac unit.
I went to clients home to inspect her systems. I told client that considering the age, condition and cost of repairs, that she would be better off replacing the full system. Client will follow up.
