I came out to remove old furnace equipment and install a Five Star 96% 60k BTU Up-Flow Gas Furnace
Upon arrival I replaced the circuit board as the circuit board had some ware marks on it/discoloration. Also if you touched circuit board it would do different things it wasn’t supposed to. Circuit board was defiantly bad. Now fault code is pressure switch open with inducer motor on. Furnace is 20 years old with outdated technology. Found condensate tubing clogged, cleared with vinegar and water. At this point furnace is on its last leg, and needs replaced. The system is operational upon departure.

Upon arrival I completed a Full Install of Five Star 80% Two-Stage Gas Furnace FSGMEC80/FSGCEC80 (Up to 100,000BTU) Honeywell T6 Programmable Thermostat/Emerson 1F85U Five Star 16 SEER Air Conditioner FSGSX16 (Up to 3 ton). The system is operational upon departure.
I completed a heating tune up on a Five Star furnace. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. Completed combustion analysis. Cycled and monitored system. The system is operational at departure.
