Upon arrival I replaced the existing air handler. The system is operational upon departure.
I completed a diagnostic on a Goodman A/C. The system is not cooling the home. I tried to rewire the system. The system outdoor is running without system indoor running, they are not communicating. We will be back out to resolve issue.
Client requested an estimate to replace a Goodman electric furnace and Rheem heat pump. I recommend replacing it with a Five Star Multi-Speed 2 Ton Electric Furnace and a Five Star 14 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump. New install scheduled for Friday.

A/C Diagnostic "No-Cool". Found system severely undercharged. Provided a quote of refill to customer & completed diagnostic. All other system components are within manufactured range. With customers approval filled unit with R-22 Freon into manufactured range. System is operating properly upon departure
Performed a tune-up and safety check-up for a 15 year old AC / EF unit. Performed a spring tune up. Cleaned condensate trap and inspected evaporator coil. Went outside checked 45/5 capacitor and contactor. Cleaned condenser coil cycled system multiple times checked pressures found no issues at this time.
