Upon arrival to customers home I replaced a Full Warranty OEM Control Board. While installing I discovered burnt wires and repaired those also. Recommended that the customer get a new filter but other than that the system was operating normally at the time of departure.
I completed a diagnostic call upon my arrival replaced control board for air handler.
I completed a call upon arrival there was No heat found heat strips not coming on. Found bad control board for air handler not sending power to the heating strips after having a call for W. Need to order board for furnace.
Upon arrival I found tstat locked. I explained to the customer how to unlock. I tested the furnace and everything is operating as intended, The system operational upon departure. Trane
