I completed diagnostics and found 27v at the relay but not calling for heat. I was able to jump the part to get the heat to come on. I did not leave the part jumped per it would be unsafe. I informed the customer this furnace is now obsolete and offered a free estimate for replacement. The furnace is also unsafe to run per the exhaust pipe has corroded and broken open in the basement.
