A/C Diagnostic "No-Cool" Upon arrival system was turned off. Old TXV was pulled. New TXV was installed. Vacuum was pulled. Thermostat was found not capable of second stage. ICM external delay on make timer was installed for second stage. Float switch was properly installed. Tested system for balanced charge. Upon departure system was operating and in second stage.
I completed a diagnostic on a Bryant A/C. I inspected the unit and found system is pumping itself down and tripping low pressure due to the TXV stuck shut. I repaired the valve and then removed extra refrigerant that was added when pressures were incorrect. Operating at this time.
Upon arrival I completed a Full Install of a Five Star 16 SEER Two-Stage, 3 Ton Heat Pump; Five Star 96% Two-Stage 80k BTU Up-Flow Gas Furnace, The system is operational upon departure.
