I removed a Goodman Electric furnace and Goodman heat pump. I installed a Five Star 2.5 Ton Multi-Speed Air Handler and a Five Star 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Heat Pump. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed a diagnostic service call on a Ruud air conditioner, due to its age and condition I recommended replacing the entire system. I went over options w/ the homeowner.
upon arrival I installed new 3” concentric kit, ran new 3” pvc exhaust and fresh air. Cycled heat and cool. Heating upon departure.
Performed a diagnostic service call for a 1997 gas furnace. Thermostat is the issue. Also found heavy corrosion on burners and on heat exchanger. Also found several cracks in heat exchanger showed cut amber.
